Kouzes and Posner (2014) tell us that “In today’s reality, normal means turbulence. Normal means that leaders and
their teams have to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Normal requires improvisation.” How do
you, as an individual, respond to change? This session will bring a fresh, musical and introspective approach to
how we respond to change, and will provide tools for leaders to use within their own organizations.

Attendees will beneft by:
• Gaining a clearer understanding of how they respond to change
• Using a right-brain approach through music to be reminded of our responses.
• Learning new strategies to more effectively respond to change
• Becoming more mindful of how others on our teams respond to change
