About the ConferenCe

The Conference goal is to provide programs that specifcally address the administrative and academic
needs of post-secondary leaders, develop the skills required for effective leadership, and maximize the
opportunity for conference participants to interact with each other.

The Chair Academy conference is an exceptional forum for participants to meet and share ideas,
issues, and challenges with colleagues from other post-secondary organizations worldwide.

Participants can gain important knowledge and tools for leadership roles within their organizations.

Particpants will have the opportunity to listen to an inspiring lineup of cutting-edge education
researchers and world-renowned speakers.

Educational leaders at all levels, including Chairs, Managers, Administrators, Faculty, Directors, Deans,
and individuals focused on developing and honing your own leadership capabilities and those of

Presentations are to be relevant, useful, and practical to the complex role of educational leaders.
Sessions are NOT to promote publications or other materials that involve remuneration, advertise
