The Faculty Performance Management Framework (FPMF) has been developed, in collaboration with the employer,
to stimulate and encourage faculty to strive for greater job effectiveness through personal and professional growth.
The primary goal of this framework is the continued improvement of instructional and administrative effectiveness.
The premise is that professional and competent faculty are integral to the delivery of quality educational programs
and services. Fostering a work culture that recognizes and supports academic and administrative excellence is
paramount in achieving an institutional mission.
• Provides a fair assessment tool of instructor teaching methodologies.
• Provides opportunities for employee performance renewal and growth.
• Provide a method to identify training and professional development needs of employees.
• Provide a confdential and respectful feedback system
• Provide a method to ensure quality instructors are employed within an institution.
