A SIT DOWN WITH VISIONARY LEADERS

SESSION ON FRIDAY MORNING
WE DECIDED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW!

Joan McArthur-Blair will be moderating a

conversation with leaders that will weave
between three dynamic leaders on the stage
and conversations at table groups. We will

uplift our own wisdom about leading in
post-secondary and higher education, tackle
profound issues that are before leaders and
ask questions of ourselves and other leaders.

THE PROCESS:
Throughout the conference Joan McArthur-
Blair will be collecting leadership questions

from the audience and curating them into a
few that we might build conversations from.
The session will begin by asking the leaders
on the stage a question, then open the forum
to conference participants to continue the

conversations and react to what has been
said on the stage --- then on to the next issue/
challenge/success we want to explore.

This session will be held on
March 31, 2017 - 9:00am - 10:00am,
in the Hibiscus room.
