This fee includes Registration costs for Sessions 1 & 2:
Food Package, Facilities, and Administrative fees for Session 1 Academy.
- The Session 1 food package includes 4am breaks, 4 lunches, 4pm breaks
- There will be a group dinner included with the food package on Tuesday night.
This fee is paid directly to The Chair Academy. |

Session 2 Academy Registration Fees |

$425.00 USD
Food Package, Facilities, and Administrative fees for Session 2 Academy.
- The Session 2 food package includes 5am breaks, 5 lunches, 3pm breaks.
Hotel provides a continental breakfast each morning.
There will be a group dinner included with the food package on Thursday night at Vinito Restorante.
This fee is paid directly to The Chair Academy

The room rate has a cutoff, and will be unable to hold the Academy rate beyond this date.

Cancellation Policy |

We will invoice you for the registration amount, when we process your registration form.
Before a program begins, substantial administrative costs related to your registration are incurred.
Therefore, the following fees apply:
Any and all cancellations MUST be submitted to the Chair Academy IN WRITING
Less than seven (7) calendar days from Academy start date-
- Substitutions are allowed
- No Transfer Fee
- $250 Cancellation Fee

Depending on the venue, you may also be responsible for paying hotel and catering costs.
Please contact the Chair Academy office for specific information related to your academy.
By submitting the registration form, you are stating that you have read and agreed
to the cancellation and transfer policy and accept its terms. |
