What the Academy Offers Participants

Residential Training

Two week-long residential training seminars, one year apart.

Individual Development

Create a development plan to identify performance and leadership goals

Mentoring and Coaching

Receive ongoing support from an Academy coach and a mentor of your choosing

Reflection and Journaling

Gives time and space to progress toward achieving individual leadership goals.

360 Assessment

Assessments are taken by yourself and peers to show your growth

Case Studies

Case studies are used to provide real-life situational training

Our programs use team building and group discussions

The Academy and Covid

The Academy goal is to present our programs in a face to face format. We are closely monitoring all state, and national safety reports. We are prepared to switch to a virtual format if travel restrictions occur. We will notify all participants if there is a format change. All 2023 programs will proceed as planned.
