The Chair Academy Conference is being held March 28-31, 2017, at the Caribe Royale Resort, in Orlando, Florida.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO), and includes free shuttle service to and from Disney Theme Parks, and nearby shopping.

There are limited rooms available, on a first come first reserved basis on March 26, 27, and March 31, 2017. As long as the hotel is not sold out, you can still book rooms on those nights, but at the hotel's "best available rate"

	CAFE 24 For convenient, 24 hour dining, choose Café 24. Featuring homemade pastries, paninis and deli selections, pizza, deli sandwiches, soup and salad bar, and daily entree specials. Open 7 days a week. Café 24 is located in the Reception Building on the lower level near Tropicale.
	JAVA'S COFFEE CAFE Serving freshly brewed coffee, specialty coffee drinks, hand-dipped ice cream, sundries and freshly baked cookies and muffins. Located in Tower II, poolside lobby level.
	CALYPSO'S POOL BAR AND GRILLE Calypso's is located poolside across from the waterfalls and near Tower III. Calypso's delicious aromas will tempt your taste buds as tropical music and the rhythmic splash from the waterfalls gently surround you. This poolside oasis of cool beverages and tasty grill items is refreshing during a day in the sun by the pool. THE LOFT LOBBY BAR Conveniently located just steps from the main Lobby, the Loft is a stylish and sophisticated place to unwind. THE FALLS LOUNGE The Falls is the social place to be in the afternoon at Caribe Royale!
