We talk a great deal about employee engagement but we often do not understand the strategies and practices that
can actually increase the engagement levels of those we manage. Money and incentives, while important, have
been shown to actually demotivate and lower enragement levels. Our research, based on the feedback of
employees, managers, and CEOs, has contributed to a strategy, model, and set of practices that positively
augment engagement.

The attendees will beneft by:
• Gaining a greater understanding of the experience of engagement.
• Understanding the importance of building a culture of engagement.
• Building familiarity with Supervisory practices that contribute to engagement.
• Exploring the critical components that contribute to engagement.
• Building your Engagement Brand as an aspiring, new, or experienced supervisor.
