The Chair Academy invites you to be a part of our 27th Annual International Leadership Conference in Denver, Colorado. Submit your presentation today.
The Academy is committed to providing concurrent sessions and roundtable discussions that are relevant, practical, engaging, interactive, and inspiring. All presentations are learner centered, actively involving participants throughout discussions and activities. Outcomes include:
• Addressing academic and administrative needs of higher education/organizational leadersConference presentations are an excellent opportunity for educational leaders to provide subject matter expertise, share research, and elicit further insight.
Submit your conference presentation proposal as a Roundtable Discussion or Concurrent Session, including title, summary of the session, and interactive engagement.
All presentations are scheduled for a 75-minute duration. A soft deadline for submissions is December 15, 2017, allowing the Academy Team to review and accept presentations.
Presenters are also invited and encouraged to submit an article inspired by their presentation. These articles will be considered for publication on the Academy’s Blog and/or journal, LEADERSHIP. Submit articles as a PDF document by March 15, 2018.
The Chair Academy DOES NOT provide laptops to presenters.
By submitting a proposal, presenters agree to the conditions of acceptance.
Concurrent Session - 75 minutes (up to 50 people in attendance)

Roundtable Session - 75 minutes (up to 20 people in attendance)
Projectors and screens are provided. Internet on request. No Laptops provided.
Based on previous participant feedback, we are looking for session themes that focus on specific topics.
These themes are in addition to the already wide variety of sessions we will select to present at this year's Conference.
We welcome subjects/presentations of all types. If your session is not one of the listed below, it has no bearing
on your paper being accepted for presentation. We simply want to provide some theme options this year.

Concurrent Sessions
Presenters of concurrent sessions will be provided with the standard audio visual set up:
• 1 LCD Projector (15 pin VGA adapter required) and Projection Screen
• 1 Flip Chart Stand/Pad
• Markers, Pens, Pencils, and Tape
• The Chair Academy DOES NOT provide Laptops to presenters.
• MAC/Apple/HDMI laptop users, please supply your own projector adapter.
If presenting a concurrent session, please indicate below any additional
audiovisual needs.
We will do our best to provide these, but can make no guarantees:

Roundtable Sessions
Presenters of roundtable sessions will be provided with the following:
• ONE (1) Flip Chart Stand/Pad
• Markers, Pens, Pencils and Tape
The Chair Academy DOES NOT provide Laptops, LCD Projectors, Screens, or Internet Option for Roundtable Sessions.
All accepted presentations will require a paper, written in APA style,to be submitted by February 21, 2018. These papers will be posted to the Academy website so other participants can read and learn about your session.
All presenters must register and pay the conference registration fee. If the presenter will only be in attendance on the day of the presentation, only the one-day fee is required.
As the primary contact person for the roundtable/concurrent conference session, I hereby authorize the Chair Academy to upload, to their website, the Session Paper, that I, or my team, will be submitting. I acknowledge and permit my photo to be taken during my session presentation, for use in conference marketing.
