Session 3:

All fees for Session 3 were assessed with the Session 1 registration fees.

The Session 3 food package will include 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3am breaks, and 3pm breaks

This fee is paid directly to The Chair Academy

For MCCCD FACULTY:

Faculty Professional Growth (FPG) is promoting the Chair Academy again this year. This great program will include both Faculty and MAT leaders.  The program is limited to no more than 60 participants and a waiting list will be created if this number is exceeded.   

All faculty registrants are required to complete a FPG application in order for FPG to pay the Registration Fee.  Please contact your Faculty Professional Growth College Fees/Travel representative if you have questions regarding the application process. The FPG Registration Feesapplication can be found at http://mcli.maricopa.edu/fpg/forms.

For FPG to pay your registration fee, faculty must fully participate in the program and qualify to receive a Certificate of Completion.

In the case any of the following conditions apply, faculty will be expected to reimburse the FPG for monies paid on their behalf. The situations include, if a:

  • FPG Registration Fees application form is not submitted for approval to the FPG committee
  • Cancellation fee is charged to FPG
  • Certificate of Completion is not earned by the faculty member
  • Participant withdraws from the course

For MCCCD MAT:

MAT Professional Growth is supporting and promoting the participation of MAT leaders to attend the MCCCD Faculty Association/Mat  Leadership Academy Program.  Space is limited to no more than 60 participants. 

Please note that in addition to registering on line with the Chair Academy you must also submit the proper paper work to your MAT Professional Growth representative for approval of funding to participate in this leadership program. 

MAT Professional Growth is awarding 60 hours for completion of this MCCCD Leadership Program towards the 400 hours needed to earn a step on the salary schedule.  A Certificate of Completion will be awarded at the end of the program that must be submitted to MAT Professional Growth in order to receive the 60 hours.
